About the Editor

Dr Pamela R. Cook has been an early childhood administrator, educator and teacher for twenty-five years, and instructs online courses for Higher Education Institutions in Early Childhood Education and University Teacher College preparatory programmes. Dr Cook endorses Early Learning from her speaking, traveling and writing in countries of Central America, North America and Eastern, Western Europe.
